  During the actual use of the automatic feeder production line, the material feeding is often not performed due to some internal or external factors (such as improper feeder step setting, insufficient external air source pressure, foreign matter in the drum, etc.), and the feeder feeds. The speed is very fast, and it is often difficult to detect in real time when the feeding is inaccurate. This not only makes it difficult to guarantee the quality and processing technology of the finished product, but also results in a high reject rate, and it also causes damage to the mold and increases maintenance and use costs. These problems have plagued stamping owners who want to increase their production efficiency. Is there an effective and reliable solution? The answer is of course there is a simple solution for the automatic feeders with the misdetection device.

1, through the check out


The detection is mainly used in the product blanking processing production process, and the phenomenon of stacking is eliminated for the blown product detection. After the product is detected, it is discharged once after the stamping of the progressive die is completed. The discharge is to use a compressed air blowing device to blow the product out in a certain cam cycle. The product passes through the light curtain and cuts off the light curtain signal. In this process, the product (or waste) must pass through the light curtain. If it is not left in the progressive die through the light curtain, the progressive die will cause damage to the die or product during the next punching. The PLC then compares the on-off of the light curtain signal with the cam signal cycle, and continues to run in accordance with the host program. If it is not in conformity with the emergency stop, an acousto-optic alarm (MY green light) is issued at the same time, and the operator resets the boot after confirming the failure.


2, lack of feed detection


Insufficient feed detection and feed gap detection are mainly used to match the feed time and angle of the punch press to detect whether the feeder feeds correctly and automatically control the punch press process. Insufficient feed detection is to perform feeding once after the stamping of the progressive die is completed. The feed distance is fixed. This distance is determined by the punch feeder. It is very important that the feed is in place. Feeding the feed incomplete will cause the progressive die. The stamped product has been scrapped or the mold has been damaged. Insufficient feed detection principle: use the conductivity of the material (iron, copper, stainless steel), switch on the contact sensing device, input this signal and the cam cycle signal to be detected into the PLC, and compare it with the contents of the host program, and continue to run in accordance with the program. If it does not comply with the emergency stop, a sound and light warning (TM yellow light) is issued at the same time, and the operator resets the power after confirming the failure.
